Moqueca De Peixe (Fish Stew).  A Brazilian- inspired seafood casserole with creamy coconut sauce, organic coriander fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers and palm oil.

Pirão de peixe A flavorful broth made using fish, onions, tomatoes, coconut cream, coriander, sweet peppers combined with manioc flour to thicken it and give it the proper consistency.

Farofa de dendê is a combine manioc flour (farinha) with palm oil to moisten and flavor the dry, lightly-flavored flour and smoked prawns

Feijão fradinho Black eyed peas seasoned with o cashew nuts,peanuts , coconut and palm oil smoked prawns.
