Description

(Hearts of palm stew). A Brazilian-inspired casserole with fresh creamy coconut sauce, organic coriander fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers and palm oils.

Pirão de palmito A flavorful broth made using palm of hearts, onions, tomatoes, coconut cream, coriander, sweet peppers combined with manioc flour to thicken it and give it the proper consistency.

Farofa de dendê is a  combine manioc flour (farinha) with palm oil to moisten and flavor the dry, lightly-flavored flour.
