our story

We have a rich family heritage

The story of Little Piece of Bahia began in 1989, when the entrepreneur Maria do Carmo Vargas Souza left Salvador, Bahia, to start what would be an adventure for many, became a great success.

The concept of “Little Piece of Bahia” is to habituate Brazilian history through its cuisine, and to demonstrate how beautiful and delicious the diversity of different cultures fused together has influenced our dishes.
